Well, not much to report today.  After a good showing, I think of about 18 players, about 13 stayed around to scrimmage for an hour or so.  It helped everyone adjust to any new (or really old--Pete) faces and get used to playing again.

Many people mentioned that it was tiring out there, so I suggest that you go for a quick jog once or twice over the next couple of weeks.  Not anything strenuous... I wouldn't want anyone going into cardiac arrest a mile from his house, but enough to work the kinks out.  There are teams this year that will be gunning for us :)

This looks to be a great season--let's defend our winning ways and have a great time doing it!
