Firecrackers schedule for the O'Connor Cup
The
Tournament staff has released the schedule for this weekend's (July
22-23) games. This will be the first time that the SJ Firecrackers
have entered this tournament. All
games are being played at the Morgan Hill Soccer Complex. If
you need directions, please email john@vcsoccer.com
The
six team brackets has no teams that are recognizable by name.

The
Sunday games will be determined based on our results from Saturday.
The time slots are 9am, 10:15, 11, and 12:45. Please make sure
that you are available, as these games will be very important!
Note to Firecracker
players:
#1. Please remember
that each and every player must register themselves for this
tournament. As I understand it, you will be given a bracelet
that you must wear all weekend. The registration will take place on
Friday night, at 6pm (registration goes from 6 - 9:30, but most of
us will be there around 6) at Jersey's. Here is the info for
Jersey's:

I've been there before,
and it's really easy to get to, but tough to find. It's in the
back of the KFC shopping center. If you need directions, call
me or Dave. Also, they make a mean Cheesesteak, so bring an
appetite!
If you can't make
it on Friday, please show up at the Morgan Hill Complex at 7am on
Saturday! However, if there is anything you can do to make it
Friday, please do so!
#2. Let's show up at
least a half hour early for our games. I think it might be a
good idea to actually warm up! We will start warmup for the
first game at 7:30 am, so please have your stuff on, ready to go.
Dave and John will try to bring a cooler with some Gatorade like
last time.
#3. Please bring $30
per player to cover the tournament and white jerseys.
Let's get out there and get it done.
This will be a great challenge for us! Bring fans if you can,
our photographer will be there!
